In this episode, I talk about how this waxing moon phase is just as important as the Full Moon, New Moon.

“Waning” means that the illuminated portion of the Moon is decreasing. 

As the light of the Moon wanes, energy is slowing down and bathing us in to our feelings of satisfaction and gratitude. It’s also sign of fertility, related to life and death.

One more thing to keep in mind. The gibbous moon is the final phase before total fullness this time around. So it’s important to carefully consider which of your goals are near completion, and you just might need a final nudge for you to reach them.

What do you with the waning moon?

The waning moon is a time to renew, withdraw, and rest. This is what I call the “BEING STATE” You lean into this phase intuitively, or you may have to consciously carve out time to pause. Writing with a journal and spend time in contemplation.
